I wanted to share some of the great feedback from our annual kick off meeting in Cambridge last month from a number of my colleagues all inspired enough to write to me. “Really inspiring presentation on Nutrition and Wellness – thought the ideas were highly original and thought-provoking. I’ve shared these with my family and feel both inspired and motivated to implement what we can – Thank you”. They are all along the same lines – a big ‘thank you’ for helping us end the conference on a high with such an uplifting talk.
We’ve had some amazing feedback on the series of presentations delivered by Kumud. Hugely inspirational and thought-provoking with real life examples and techniques to be able to make the changes workable. We’re three months into the subscription service and there is such a great buzz around the office with our employees encouraging each other to cook the weekly recipes and try new ingredients. There is so much camaraderie between people which has positively affected the team spirit and engagement.
Thank you for presenting at our recent wellness day – In our poll of the audience who attended, your presentation came out significantly higher than any of the other topics and we’ve had lots of feedback and emails regarding your program. Thank you for your giving us such an enlightening morning, followed up with activities that reinforced the messaging with The Hunger Games.
Thank you for the work you have been doing with our teams here at Convatec. From the early sessions you ran at our conferences to the services we have implemented over the last year, the feedback and change has been great. You have inspired the lives of many!
It is a journey not yet complete and we are looking forward to working with you and your team next year to continue the good work.
I applaud your wider vision and ambition for change.
I had a really great time taking part and the food was just divine! The uber “healthy” recipes I’ve tried in the past have been somewhat uninspiring, but Kumud’s packed in so much flavour. And she did such a great job at explaining why the ingredients are important and what they do for us. A 10 out of 10 afternoon, thank you!
Thank you very much for providing such a lovely experience. We really enjoyed it and posted a blog on our website where we mention you guys!
Everyone had such a great time and are still talking about it a week later – I thought the food tasted delicious and so much lighter and healthier than what you get in restaurants. Thank you for inspiring us and coaching our team.
Thank you very much, the feedback from my colleagues has been really great – they all seemed to have a wonderful evening, I have only heard good things.
Thank you for a wonderful team nutrition coaching event, the enthusiasm and motivation it has generated is fantastic! We all had an amazing time and I know that a number of colleagues are already implementing the ideas. It is a pleasure to have such a great team working with us on this journey! Many thanks
I wanted to thank you for the time last week; it was a great experience, very well organised and I was positively surprised by the quality of the food we managed to cook (especially as many of us have no cooking skills). Above all it was lots of fun!!
I wanted to thank Kumud and the team for a very enjoyable and informative afternoon. All of the various teams in the business have thoroughly enjoyed their events with you and it has been the topic of discussion most times we meet – which is all we could hope for. We all come away feeling motivated to try some new recipes or health hacks every time.
We had a ball last week and the team really enjoyed the day and especially the cooking challenge with yourself and Charlotte. Thank you so much for looking after us and sharing your skills and expertise. The cookery book is fab and I have my eye on making a number of the recipes – they all look great.
