When considering a keynote speaker, organisations today need someone who doesn’t just inspire but understands the nuanced pressures of executive leadership and the corporate world. Having climbed to the top of my career in banking and economics, I know first-hand the drive for results, the demand for shareholder value, and the risks of burnout. My own experience of burning out as a high-achieving professional compelled me to rethink workplace wellness — and ultimately transform it.
I retrained in Food Science and earned a Master’s in Functional Medicine from King’s College London, driven by a passion to bring wellness and performance together. Today, as the Co-Founder and CEO of Your Work Wellness, I offer insights that are as scientifically grounded as they are strategically aligned with not only my business objectives, but also my fundamental belief and vision for the future. My mission? To help organisations retain top talent, boost performance, and achieve sustainable growth through employee health and well-being.
Choosing a keynote speaker isn’t just about inspiration — it’s about transformation. In my keynote presentations, I draw from both my corporate background and wellness expertise to create actionable strategies for C-suite leaders. My approach combines the science of nutrition, neuroscience of behaviour change, and a deep understanding of organisational dynamics to help build resilient, high-performing teams.
What Sets Me Apart as a Keynote Speaker:
I believe that companies investing in employee well-being today will be the ones who are “Future Ready” for tomorrow’s challenges. If you’re looking for a keynote speaker who can bridge the gap between health and business, inspire meaningful change, and drive measurable results, I’d be delighted to connect.
